Who’s behind this

I’m David. I build and run AI systems for Australian firms — the appointment-booking agent answering the phones at a Sydney clinic, and Litigation Signals, the legal-market intelligence brief that reads the court filings overnight and is in subscribers’ inboxes before they start work.

Conveyancing is where I keep seeing the same thing: skilled people spending their day telling other people where a file is up to. That job doesn’t need a conveyancer. It needs a system that already knows the answer.
